Aaron Wells has significant experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Member Experience Manager and previously as Member Experience Lead at Ledger since February 2022. Prior to this, Aaron worked at Ropeswing Hospitality Group from January 2016 to February 2022, holding positions as Bar Manager and Lead Bartender at Preachers Son, as well as serving as a Bartender.
