Dawnelle Sohl

Dawnelle Sohl is an experienced leader in quality management within the lighting industry, currently serving as the Head of Quality for the Americas at LEDVANCE since September 2019, overseeing a team of engineers across five countries to ensure the quality of SYLVANIA, OSRAM, and LEDVANCE products. Prior to this role, Dawnelle was the Head of Customer Quality for the Americas at LEDVANCE, managing technical customer claims for various lighting products. Dawnelle's career began at Osram Sylvania, where roles included Customer Technical Services Manager, Engineering Supervisor, and various positions in production and process engineering, showcasing a strong foundation in technical support, manufacturing processes, and operational improvements. Dawnelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Mexico School of Engineering, earned between 1990 and 1995.
