Joseph Greenberg

Joseph has over fifteen years of real estate experience including, sourcing, execution and management of complex real estate transactions. In addition to his role at Lee & Associates, Joseph serves as the Managing Partner of Lee Cleveland Property Management as well as, 54 Chevy a redevelopment of a 60-acre 575,000 square foot manufacturing plant as well as 1455 East 185th Street LLC a redevelopment of a 750,000 square foot manufacturing plant and W&M Holdings.
