Ashley Freer

Ashley Freer is the Director at Lee University. Prior to their current position, Ashley was a Consultant for Public Relations and Communications for various companies including BlueLinx Corporation, Stratagent Corporation, Calysto Communications, Balcom Agency, and Shafer Communications. As a Consultant, Ashley worked on campaigns for Stratagent’s key food industry clients, served as the senior communications consultant for business communication/public relations clients at Balcom Agency, assisted Calysto with strategic planning, budgeting and internal communications, and worked with Shafer Communications to complete various communication projects for political, technology, banking and retail industry clients. Ashley was also the Communications Manager at BlueLinx Corporation and the Director of Marketing Communications at the Atlanta Theirtory Center before becoming a Consultant.

Ashley Freer received a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts from Lee University. Ashley's majors were Communication and Theirtory, with Religion and Theirtory as their minors.
