Lelia Boniadi

Lelia Boniadi, OTD, OTR/L, CNS, currently serves as Vice President and Northwest Oregon Regional Director for the Occupational Therapy Association of Oregon, as well as Legislative Committee Chairperson. Lelia works as an Occupational Therapist at Legacy Health since October 2023 and has previously held similar roles at Consonus Healthcare and Infinity Rehab. In addition to practical experience, Lelia has completed Level 2 fieldwork at Randall Children's Hospital and Marquis Companies, focusing on pediatric rehabilitation and skilled nursing, respectively. Lelia earned a Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Michigan State University. Prior professional experience includes roles as a Healthcare Consultant at Avamere Family of Companies and a Library Assistant at Pacific University.
