Ashan Fonseka possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and operations management within the healthcare revenue cycle industry. Currently serving as Operations Supervisor at Legacy Health LLC since April 2017, Ashan has held multiple roles including Team Lead and Assistant Team Lead in Quality Assurance. Previously, Ashan spent over nine years at MediGain, progressing from Claims Analyst to Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and Team Captain for Denial Management, where responsibilities included analyzing claims, training team members, and ensuring quality in client services. Ashan's career began at Bank of Ceylon as a Trainee, focusing on cash flow management and customer service. Academic qualifications include a professional qualification in human resource management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and secondary education in Business/Commerce from Prince of Wales' College.
