Patrick Hicks

Patrick Hicks is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal and compliance sector. Currently serving as the VP of Legal and Compliance at Legal Karma, Patrick previously held the positions of General Counsel and Head of Legal at Trust & Will. Additionally, Patrick contributes to the Electronic Signature & Records Association (ESRA) as a member of the Board of Directors and as a regular member. Earlier in the career, Patrick worked as an attorney at Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP and Marks, Finch, Thornton & Baird, LLP. Patrick holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (2008) and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law (2010).
