Domenica Padron

Domenica Padron is a highly experienced professional in the field of CAR-T manufacturing, currently serving as Senior CAR-T Manufacturing Lead at Legend Biotech since July 2021, following roles as CAR-T Manufacturing Lead and CAR-T Operations Associate. Prior to this, Domenica worked as a Medical Technologist at Labcorp from January 2021 to June 2021, and as Specimen Specialist-Team Lead and Laboratory Assistant at RUCDR Infinite Biologics between May 2020 and January 2021. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Research Management with a focus on Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance at Rutgers School of Health Professions, Domenica also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Montclair State University, earned in 2019.
