Equiana Brown

Equiana Brown is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in business and legal affairs within the entertainment industry. Currently serving in Features Business and Legal Affairs at Legendary Entertainment since August 2021, Equiana has previously held positions at Jakks Pacific and Fremantle as a Business and Legal Affairs Intern. Legal competencies were further developed through an internship at PRS for Music, focusing on international corporate competition, and prior roles at Fremantle. Equiana’s diverse background also includes community engagement as Community Programs Coordinator with Northside Leadership Conference and various positions at WUSR Scranton, including Programs and Operations Director. Equiana holds a Juris Doctor degree in Sports and Entertainment Law from Pepperdine Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Communication from the University of Scranton.
