Sam Kozhaya

Sam Kozhaya is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and corporate development, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Legendary Entertainment since January 2018. Prior to this role, Sam held the position of Counsel at Irell & Manella LLP from August 2014 to January 2018. Sam also has extensive experience from Liner LLP, having served as both Partner and Associate from January 2003 to August 2014. Earlier in the career, Sam completed a Clerkship at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California in 2001-2002.
