Emmanuel Ferrario

Emmanuel Ferrario has an extensive background in public service and administration, currently serving as Deputy and First Vice-President at the Legislatura de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires since December 2021. Previously, Emmanuel worked as an advisor to the Head of Government of Buenos Aires and held various roles in the government of the City of Buenos Aires, including Secretary of Strategic Affairs and Chief Advisor. Additionally, Emmanuel has experience as Undersecretary of Management Coordination for the Government of the Province of Buenos Aires and Chief of Staff in multiple capacities within the Ministry of Urban Development and Transportation. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for a National Congressman and as a Development Analyst at Grupo Techint. Emmanuel holds advanced degrees in Public Administration from Harvard University and Public Policy from Stanford University, along with a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
