Mary Killian

Mary Killian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as well as employee engagement. Currently serving as the DEI & Employee Engagement Program Manager at Legrand since April 2023, Mary previously held significant roles at Freshly, where responsibilities included Sr. Manager of DEI & Total Rewards and Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging. Prior experience includes serving as Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Resideo and various HR roles at Honeywell, where experience encompassed talent operations, global diversity compliance, and HR business partnering. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
