Will Findlay

Will Findlay is an experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach currently working with Leicester Tigers since July 2021. Previously, Will held the same position at Brooksby Melton College from October 2020 to July 2021 and returned to Leicester Tigers for a brief period from June 2019 to March 2020. Will earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise from Loughborough University, completing studies there from 2017 to 2022, and has a foundational education from Langley School, which lasted from 2010 to 2017.
