Larry Fink

Larry Fink is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international trade compliance and export administration. Currently serving as Senior Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at Leidos since November 2008, Larry has previously held several key positions within the company, including Vice President, Director of International Trade Compliance & Senior Counsel. Prior to joining Leidos, Larry was at SAIC, where roles included Director of Corporate Export Administration and Arms Control Analyst. Early career experience includes positions at The Harris Group, Inc., where Larry acted as a Soviet Affairs Analyst, and National Security Research, where analysis work was conducted. Larry holds a BA in International Studies/Russian from The Johns Hopkins University, an MA in Russian Area Studies from Georgetown University, and a JD from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School.
