Newbie Hoffman

Newbie (Mark) Hoffman is an experienced Subject Matter Expert in the Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) community, specializing in airborne and ground operations. With over 28 years of professional intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting experience, Newbie has held significant roles such as ISR SME at Leidos since October 2013 and Task Lead at SAIC since March 2010. Previous experience includes service as an Operations Supervisor in the USAF from December 2008 to March 2010. Newbie holds a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma (2012-2014) and a Bachelor's degree in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus (1985-2008), along with training from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (1982-1983).
