Richard Feustel

Richard Feustel is a seasoned energy management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Energy Advisor at Leidos since July 2013, Richard also holds the position of Vice President at both Salute the Troops and the Wisconsin Association of Energy Engineers. Previously, Richard worked as a Corporate Energy Manager at Briggs & Stratton, where responsibilities included energy management and sustainability across multiple manufacturing facilities. Recognized as the National Energy Manager of the Year in 2011, Richard has also held roles as Principal at Masters' Academy, LLC, and Senior Project Manager at Mercury Marine. Richard commenced a distinguished career as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy, providing strategic advice on submarine operations. Richard holds multiple degrees, including an MS in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and BS degrees in Nuclear Engineering and Engineering Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
