Terin D'amico has extensive experience in technical support and systems administration across multiple roles in various organizations. Currently serving as a Tier II Help Desk technician at Leidos since September 2019, Terin previously held positions at Motorola Solutions as a System Administrator I, PharMEDium Services as an SQL Database Administrator, and Mi-Jack Products as a Level 2 Help Desk technician. Terin's background also includes experience in troubleshooting, system imaging, and network management, as well as foundational roles in customer service and education. Terin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Programming from DeVry University and has also completed coursework at Fayetteville Technical Community College.
