Theodore Tsang

Theodore Tsang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, procurement, and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Repeatable Offerings Tech Advisor at Leidos since May 2022, Theodore is instrumental in guiding the development of Repeatable Offerings through various organizational processes.
