Joise Luke

Joise Luke is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Leighton Asia since December 2016, Joise leads recruitment and HR operations for the India business. Previous roles include Corporate HR Manager at Rodic Consultants Private Limited and Senior Human Resources Specialist at CH2M, where strategic HR support was provided to multiple business groups. Joise also held positions as HR Manager for Confluence Project Management and Human Resources Manager at Leighton Welspun Contractors Pvt Ltd, contributing significantly to HR functions within project teams. Earlier career experiences include Assistant HR Manager in the Infrastructure business at Habtoor Leighton Group and HR Executive at Aban Offshore Ltd, where Joise was involved in diverse HR activities. Joise holds an International Certification in HRM from the University of Cambridge and an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Madras, alongside degrees in Chemistry from Madras Christian College.
