Aarush Jain

Aarush Jain is a professional with diverse experience in business analysis and growth roles. Currently employed at Leland as a Growth team member since September 2024, Aarush previously held a Business Analyst Intern position at Capital One and worked as a Business Analyst for Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services in the Wealth and Asset Management Team during the summer of 2023. Previously, Aarush served as a youth representative on the Dane County Environmental Committee for two terms and interned for Representative Moore Omokunde in the State of Wisconsin. Aarush holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Finance, and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a High School Diploma from Middleton High School.
