Matvey Rzhavskiy is a seasoned software leader with extensive experience in the medical technology sector. Currently serving as Software Director and Head of Software at LEM Surgical AG since January 2022, Rzhavskiy previously held positions as Software Manager at Beewise from April 2021 to January 2022, and as Software Engineering Manager and Principal Software Engineer at Medtronic from March 2019 to April 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Software Technical Leader and Software Engineer at Mazor Robotics from March 2014 to March 2019, and as a Software Development Intern at Philips from 2011 to 2014. Rzhavskiy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Robotics from the University of Haifa.
