David Akporehe has worked in various roles since 2005. David began their career at UBA Group as a Branch Head/Relationship Manager in the Commercial & Consumer Banking Division. In 2006, they moved to Access Bank Plc as Group Head, Liability Products & Sales in the Retail & Personal Banking Division. David then took an internship at Lloyds Banking Group as a Product Sales & Business Relationship Specialist in 2010. In 2011, they returned to Access Bank Plc as Group Head, Cards & Channel Services in the Transaction Banking & Services Division and Regional Sales Director in the Retail & Personal Banking Division. In 2014, they joined APEX CONSULTS LIMITED as a Senior Business Consultant, Business Advisory (AACSL Group). In 2016, they became Co-Owner/Director of ALPHA Homes & Interiors Limited (t/a MOBALPA Walton-on-Thames). In 2015, they joined Leadership Management International (LMI) UK Ltd as an Associate Director. In 2020, they became an Associate at the College of Policing, providing Coordination & Support services for the College in Candidates' Recruitment, Training and Development. Finally, in 2021, they became a Non Executive Director at Lemonade Finance.
David Akporehe began their education in 1986 at the University of Ibadan, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences - Psychology in 1990. David then attended the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University in 2000, where they completed an Executive Education Management Development Programme. In 2002, they enrolled at the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, where they earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General in 2004. In 2008, they attended London Business School for an Executive Education Programme in Organizational Leadership. Finally, in 2009, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Bath.
