Refita Syaiskha Prameswari is a Talent Acquisition & People Partner Specialist at Lemonilo since August 2022, focusing on end-to-end recruitment and HR consulting to develop effective business strategies while fostering strong organizational relationships. Previously, Refita served as a Human Capital Business Partner at SICEPAT EKSPRES INDONESIA, where responsibilities included HR generalist services and overseeing employee accident reporting. Refita also gained experience as a Human Capital Intern at PT Pertamina (Persero), managing internship data and contributing to employee creativity development, and as an Economic Assessment Coordinator Intern at the Central Bank of Indonesia, where research and analysis supported national strategic projects. Refita holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universitas Airlangga and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the same institution.
