The Leadership Team at Lenbrook is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing operational effectiveness, and ensuring the highest standards of care and service for residents. Comprising the President and CEO, CFO and VP Finance, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Community Life, and Chief Operating Officer, this team focuses on maintaining Lenbrook's nationally accredited status and driving continuous improvement in all areas of the Life Plan Community.
