Daniel Rickard

Daniel Rickard is an accomplished program and project manager with extensive experience in operations and parts management within the technology industry, currently serving at Lenovo since December 2011. In various roles, including Program Manager for Service Parts Operations and Service Part Sales Program Manager, Daniel has developed and optimized business processes for Lenovo’s Enterprise Service Parts Operations, enhancing logistics and procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of critical parts. Prior to Lenovo, Daniel held positions as Global Deployment Manager at Winston Joseph/NPS/Trivium Global, where best practices for IT infrastructure were established, and as Project Manager at Rickard's Complete Renovations, overseeing multiple aspects of construction operations. Daniel's career also includes nearly nine years of service as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army. Daniel holds three Bachelor of Science degrees in Project Management, International Business, and Entrepreneurship from Liberty University.
