Gagan Bajpai is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development, architecture, and team leadership. Currently serving at Lenskart.com as part of the Tech@lenskart initiative, Gagan is focused on building the Customer Engagement Services organization. Gagan's previous roles include Senior Software Development Manager at Amazon, where leadership was provided in customer service technology and migration to serverless architecture, and Vice President/Chief Architect at Times Internet Limited, where a horizontal scaling architecture and agile development practices were established. Gagan's career also includes significant roles as Solution Architect in various companies, including Times Business Solutions Limited and Lime Labs India Pvt. Ltd., as well as early engineering positions in the chemical industry. Educational credentials include a BTech in Chemical Technology from HBTI and a Diploma in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
