Aleksandra Kordianowska

Aleksandra (Ola) Kordianowska currently serves as the Head of Procurement Business Services at LEO Pharma, where responsibilities include establishing and managing the Procurement Business Services Team. Prior experience includes a role as Global Procurement Manager at Tate & Lyle, where Aleksandra managed a team in the Global Shared Services Center and led regional procurement efforts during an SAP implementation project. Aleksandra has also held various positions at Tate & Lyle, including Board Member and Global Procurement Team Lead. Earlier in the career, Aleksandra worked at Philips General Purchasing as a Sourcing Specialist, focusing on the Professional Services Category in Central-Eastern Europe, and held roles such as Tactical Sourcing Specialist and Assistant Buyer. Aleksandra holds a Postgraduate Degree in Procurement Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and an MSc in Management and Marketing from Lodz University of Technology.
