Milena P. is a professional with a strong background in psychology and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Train To Hire at LEORON Institute since October 2024, Milena previously worked as a Talent Specialist a.i. at Gelato from September 2021 to September 2024. From May 2020 to September 2024, Milena held the position of Psychologist, Researcher, and Talent Consultant at Psyent, a consultancy that leverages psychological science in recruitment and organizational development. Milena holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy "Ss.
