Barbara Gregorich

Barbara Gregorich has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Leprino Foods since November 2013. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd from April 2012 to December 2013, and Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Medline between 2010 and April 2012. Barbara also held various positions at PepsiAmericas, including Vice President of Compensation & Wellness and Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing significant business units and leading total rewards initiatives. Earlier career experiences include serving as Labor Relations Manager at Eaton Corporation and Human Resources Manager at PepsiAmericas and Royal Appliance Manufacturing Company. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management with a focus on Human Resources from The University of Akron.
