Stephanie Atha

Stephanie Atha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, recruitment, and human resources. Currently serving as the OSM Program Manager at LER TechForce since October 2020, Stephanie has also held significant roles at LHP Engineering Solutions, including Manager of the OSM Program and Recruiter since December 2010. Prior experience includes HR Generalist and Banking Branch Manager positions at MainSource Bank from 2003 to 2009. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Southeast, contributing a strong foundation in understanding organizational behavior and team dynamics.
