Luis Carvalho has extensive experience in customer service and account management, currently serving as Director of Customer Service at Leroy Merlin. Previously, Luis held the position of Head of Longtail Account Management at Glovo, and served in various leadership roles at NOS SGPS related to transformation and continuous improvement in customer service. Luis began a professional career at Deloitte as a Consultant and Analyst, and gained initial experience through an internship at Sonae focused on IT Portfolio & Capacity Management. Luis holds two Master's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Universidade do Porto and Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, earned between 2006 and 2011.
