Maria Inés del Castillo

Maria Inés Del Castillo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in eCommerce and marketplace management. Currently serving as Team Manager Marketplace at Leroy Merlin since January 2022, Maria previously held the position of Head of Marketplace at Sodimac, where achievements included launching the Marketplace division and growing the team significantly. Prior to that role, Maria was the Ecommerce Manager at Corredores de Seguros Falabella, launching the eCommerce division and leading telemarketing initiatives. Maria's career began as an Ecommerce Product Manager with Niubiz, where notable projects included developing Visa's ecommerce platform. Maria holds a Master’s degree in Digital Transformation Management and Leadership from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico, alongside international academic exposure through an Erasmus program at Maastricht University.
