Olga Grunina

Olga Grunina is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in regional human resources management and project oversight. Currently serving as the Regional HR Head for Leroy Merlin since January 2019, Grunina previously held multiple roles at VEON from July 2016 to December 2018, including Senior Project Manager and Senior HR Manager. From March 2006 to July 2016, Grunina worked as an HR Manager at Japan Tobacco International. Grunina's educational background includes a program at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO in 2022 and postgraduate studies in International Economy at the State University of Management (non-completed), alongside a degree from Volgograd State University.
