Thomas Alliot

Thomas ALLIOT is an experienced professional currently serving as the President-Founder of Unité Nationale de Secouristes Citoyens since December 2015, with the esteemed patronage of Professor Louis LARENG. In addition, Thomas works as a versatile executive at the Ministère des Armées since October 2016 and as a nurse at the Ministère de la Santé from March 2022, providing health support missions in metropolitan areas. Since January 2019, Thomas has also been a firefighter with SDMIS, involved in crisis support missions both in metropolitan France and overseas. Early experience includes serving as a Young Firefighter with SDIS 31 from 2013 to 2016. Thomas is a member of Les Jeunes IHEDN since October 2020, contributing to projects focused on institutions and training, including co-authoring reports on national reserves and crisis management for the 2024 JOP. Educationally, Thomas completed the 137th Cycle of IHEDN-Jeunes in August 2023 and attended the Collège citoyen de France in 2021.
