Thomas Lesaffre

Thomas Lesaffre has over 20 years of experience in the baking and ingredients industry, currently serving as the Baking Marketing Director at Lesaffre since May 2005, while also holding titles such as General Manager for Lesaffre Italy and Industrial Director for Lesaffre Argentina. In addition to this role, Thomas serves as Président and Board Member of FEDIMA, and as a Board Member of COFALEC. Prior experience includes positions at Accenture as a consultant and various engineering roles, including Production Engineer at Compañía Minera Doña Inés de Collahuasi SCM and other engineering positions. Thomas holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and an engineering degree in Mechanics from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
