Wee Lian Tan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in research and development leadership across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Leuze since April 2020, Wee Lian Tan oversees Asia R&D and Continental Hub Technical Service Support, focusing on innovation and technical competencies within the region. Prior to this role, Wee Lian Tan held positions such as R&D Project Lead at Leuze electronic Singapore, Lead Engineer at Oce Technology Asia, and Senior Engineer at Hewlett-Packard, contributing significantly to the development of complex electro-mechanical systems and design quality excellence.
