Ellene Bricolas

Ellene Bricolas is currently a Senior Associate at Lev in the Capital Markets department. Ellene has been with the company since July 2020 and their role is to facilitate financings for commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Lev, Ellene worked as a Capital Markets Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield for two years where they advised on acquisitions and asset management for clients worldwide. Ellene began their career in the commercial real estate industry as a Summer Analyst at Transwestern in 2017 and then transitioned to a Leasing Consultant role at Landmark Properties, Inc.

Ellene Bricolas has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in Real Estate & Finance. Ellene also has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Universitat de Vic – Universitat Central de Catalunya in International Business. In addition, they have a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Istituto Lorenzo de'​ Medici in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Ellene also has a Minor in Modern Greek Studies from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). Ellene is certified by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in Illinois Real Estate Brokers License. Ellene is also certified by Real Estate Financial Modeling in REFM Certifications Levels 1, 2, 3.
