Dayanny Delacruz

Dayanny DelaCruz is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Culinary at Levy Restaurants since January 2023, DelaCruz has held various significant roles, including Executive Chef for the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium, as well as Regional Executive Chef at Sodexo Live! from November 2017 to January 2023. With a solid foundation in culinary arts and management, DelaCruz has effectively developed operational plans, implemented corporate programs, and managed premium food operations at major events and venues, including the AmericanAirlines Arena. Education includes a Culinary Art and Culinary Management Certification from Grand Rapids Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Universidad Central del Este.
