Edoardo Bacci

Edoardo Bacci is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef De Cuisine and Executive Chef at Levy Restaurants since August 2021. Previously, Edoardo held the position of Executive Chef at Bristol Bar and Grille from April 2016 to August 2021, and has also worked as Chef De Cuisine at Brasserie Provence from August 2013 to March 2016. Other notable roles include Executive Chef at the University Club Louisville and Sous Chef at The Brown Hotel and The Gasthaus. Edoardo began the culinary career as a Chef at Lynn's Paradise Cafe Inc. from January 2000 to February 2006. Edoardo obtained an Associate degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Sullivan College between 1996 and 1997.
