Kim is an associate in the firm's Business Transactions Practice Group. Her practice includes education, employment, mining law and commercial litigation. Kim has advised school districts, employers, and mining companies on day-to-day issues and large-scale legal developments. She has also assisted mining companies with property acquisition, maintenance, development, and general business matters, including state and federal compliance issues.
While in law school at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, Kim served as a Constitutional Law fellow, a writing fellow, and an Articles Editor for the Arizona Law Review.
She also served as a member of the Giles S. Rich Moot Court team and a student advocate in the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic where she primarily worked on patent and trademark issues.
Kim has also performed volunteer work for the Southern Arizona Legal Aid Volunteer Lawyers Program and Step Up to Justice.
