Jennifer Sobalvarro

Jennifer Sobalvarro, M.Ed, currently serves as the Manager of Language Curriculum at Lexia Learning since December 2022, following a role as Senior Curriculum Specialist. Prior experience includes positions at Nearpod, where Jennifer worked as a Curriculum Writer and Associate Curriculum Writer, developing processes for the creation of over 1,000 educational resources and managing a team of independent contractors. As a self-employed Curriculum Designer, Jennifer designed various educational materials for Education.com, emphasizing cognitive rigor and alignment to standards. Jennifer's teaching experience spans roles as an ELL teacher and elementary educator at Clover Park Public Schools, Belton ISD, and Killeen ISD. Academically, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Middlebury College and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Tarleton State University.
