Jo Gustafsson

Jo Gustafsson currently serves as the Head of Operations at LexSolutions since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Fliplet from June 2017 to February 2024, where Jo progressed from Customer Success Executive to Team Lead in Customer Success. Earlier positions include Membership Manager and Finance and Membership Assistant at TechHub (February 2015 - June 2017) and Community & Event Manager at Rainmaking Loft (July 2014 - December 2014), focusing on community management and event coordination. Jo began the career as a Communities Campaigns Intern at The Fairtrade Foundation (September 2013 - May 2014), contributing to community campaigns and social media content. Jo holds a Bachelor of Science in International Relations with Sociology from Kingston University (2010 - 2013) and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Katedralskolan, Växjö (2007 - 2010).
