Allen Welch

Allen Welch possesses extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Vice President of Purchasing for Central Texas at LGI Homes since April 2014, after progressing from the role of Purchasing and Estimating Manager. Prior to LGI Homes, Allen held various positions at Gehan Homes, including Field Validator/Estimator and Purchasing, where responsibilities included reconciling job site take-offs and coordinating with builders and vendors. Earlier career roles include Sales Manager at Flooring Services and Purchasing Manager at Medallion Homes, where Allen managed the purchasing and estimating processes for a builder of 360 homes annually. Allen earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business between 1991 and 1995.
