Cody Farkas

Cody Farkas is a skilled construction manager at LGI Homes since July 2023 and the business owner of Snowbird Estate Care, a home visitation company for part-time Florida homeowners, since January 2023. Prior to these roles, Cody served as the sole operating engineer for JLL, overseeing over 250,000 sq ft of commercial real estate from February 2020 to July 2023. This experience included managing property compliance and efficiency while ensuring client satisfaction. Cody also held positions as a mobile engineer at Cushman & Wakefield, where maintenance of HVAC systems was a primary focus, and as an HVAC and plumbing technician at DECKER AND BEEBE, INC., gaining expertise in both commercial and residential systems. Earlier experience includes working as an oil burner technician at The Patterson Oil Company. Cody holds a Certificate of Completion in HVAC/R from Porter and Chester Institute.
