Jennifer Sukola

Jennifer Sukola, MA, PCC, is an experienced consultant currently working at LHH since May 2019, where Jennifer helps individuals navigate career transitions and achieve their career goals through one-on-one collaboration. Additionally, Jennifer has been a Bravely Pro since June 2018, providing on-demand confidential coaching to employees at all levels, enhancing clarity and confidence in their roles. Prior to these roles, Jennifer served as Manager of Human Resources at Chip Ganassi Racing Teams, overseeing various HR functions, and held multiple positions at Saks Fifth Avenue, where responsibilities ranged from Talent Development Director to Human Resources Manager, supporting significant sales volume and employee engagement initiatives. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Executive and Professional Coaching from Lewis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Cincinnati.
