Wendy Carter

Wendy Carter, known as the "Leadership Alchemist," is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and coaching. As the founder of Emerge Development Solutions since August 2013, Wendy empowers leaders and organizations through transformative coaching and strategic development. Currently serving as a Core Guide and Executive Coach with Chief and as Faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership, Wendy facilitates group learning and custom online training for global leaders. Additional roles include Executive Coach at LHH, Life and Leadership Coach at Boon Health, and previous positions at livingHR, Inc., The Walt Disney Company, AdventHealth, Year Up, and Stemp Systems Group. Wendy holds certifications from iPEC Coaching and degrees from the Keller Graduate School of Management and Baruch College.
