Harry Kumar

Harry Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government relations and legislative affairs. Currently serving as the Director of Government Relations at Li-Cycle since March 2021, Harry previously held roles such as Associate Director for Legislative Affairs at the U.S. Department of Commerce and Legislative Assistant at the United States Senate. Earlier positions also include Legislative Counsel for the US Congress and Legislative & Policy Aide at HBW Resources LLC. Harry's expertise encompasses legal research and analysis of energy initiatives, demonstrated through a Public Policy Fellowship at the Consumer Energy Alliance, and legal practice at Steven S. Toeppich & Associates. Harry holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Texas Tech University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University.
