Mike Robinette

Mike Robinette currently serves as VP Spoke Operations, Americas at Li-Cycle, a position held since February 2022. Previously, from July 2011 to February 2022, Mike held several leadership roles at Rio Tinto, including Manager of Process Safety, Plant Manager, and Operations & Maintenance Manager, where notable achievements included reducing process safety incidents and increasing operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at Rain CII Carbon, Century Aluminum, Noranda Aluminum, and Guardian Industries, demonstrating a progressive career with a focus on operational excellence, safety, and team development. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah.
