Alec Critser

Alec Critser is a Solutions Engineer at Liberate since December 2024, having previously held the role of Senior Implementation & Sales Engineer at CRS from December 2021 to December 2024. At CRS, Alec managed all technical aspects of the customer pipeline, collaborated with various teams to deliver custom API solutions, and developed over 50 automated tools to enhance workflow efficiency. Prior experience includes positions at IBM as a Developer Consultant and Software Developer Intern, where Alec specialized in cloud application services and contributed to significant project efficiencies. Alec also served as a Staff Writer for The Daily Tar Heel, managed custom apparel orders as a Campus Manager for University Tees, and held various roles in recreational environments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an exchange program at King's College London focusing on International Business and Film.
