Justin Clancy

Justin Clancy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in military law and environmental compliance. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Liberty Military Housing since September 2019, Clancy previously held key legal positions within the US Navy, including Senior Environmental Compliance, Energy, Land Use Law and Ethics Counsel and Managing Attorney. Clancy has played a pivotal role in advising senior military leaders and managing legal teams while teaching international and administrative law to military attorneys and personnel. Clancy's educational background includes a Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, supported by a Bachelor's degree in History from the College of the Holy Cross.
